Ibrahim N was a 54-year-old farmer in Bafut, North-West Cameroon. He was married with children and two grand-children. He was known for being generous with his harvests, and dreamed of expanding his farm once the conflict ended and it was safe.
On 3 June there was a confrontation between government forces and anglophone separatists near his farm. Ibrahim was hit by a piece of shrapnel and killed.
Ibrahim N. était un agriculteur de 54 ans vivant à Bafut, dans le nord-ouest du Cameroun. Il était marié, avait des enfants et deux petits-enfants. Il était réputé pour sa générosité avec ses récoltes et envisageait d'agrandir son exploitation agricole une fois le conflit terminé et la sécurité rétablie.
Le 3 juin, un affrontement a eu lieu entre les forces gouvernementales et les séparatistes anglophones près de sa ferme. Ibrahim a été touché par un éclat d'obus et a perdu la vie.
